    Salesforce Sales Dialer

    What is Salesforce Sales Dialer?

    Salesforce Sales Dialer (formerly known as Lightning Dialer) is a call automation product that enables Salesforce users to access telephony features without leaving the platform. Sales Dialer integrates with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and lets users make and receive calls, add call notes, log call information, etc.

    Key Features of Sales Dialer:

    • It adds a click-to-call option for all numbers stored in Salesforce. Users can also dial a number or an extension without leaving the platform.
    • It lets users receive calls.
    • It enables users to take call notes and log them to contact cards.
    • It includes a function for recording voice messages and leaving them during a call when necessary.
    • It enables users to add contacts to a call queue.
    • It records calls for later analysis. 

    Sales Dialer is available for an additional fee as an add-on in all editions of Sales and Service Cloud with the Lightning Experience interface.
