    Salesforce Health Cloud is a health IT CRM system that incorporates doctor–patient relationship and record management services, allowing doctors to use mobile applications and other technologies to obtain data about their patients. It incorporates the design, creation, and use of information systems in the health industry with strategies companies use to evaluate customer interactions and manage data.
